Keeley Taverner
Keeley Taverner is a British-Jamaican psychotherapist that started adulthood is a mother of two working as a cashier at IKEA while feeling trapped in an abusive relationship with a narcissist. Fast forward, via Brunel University and the Metanoia Institute, Keeley is now an in-demand psychotherapist who run workshops and events throughout the UK.
Keeley is the author of a number of books which can be found on Amazon, and runs her own practice, Key for Change.
Keeley works in her own private practice and is passionate about breaking down the barriers that prevent people from asking for help, having boldly, passionately and courageously defied the odds - she's on a mission to help others do the same.
